    Hi Maureen:

We were in Tucson and actually near your place when we played golf on Silverbell.

Pebbles is a pistol, has captured the hearts of all our friends. She and Checkers get along well. She taught Checkers how to bark, so now I have a problem when friends comes to the door. Pebbles pesters them constantly. I am working on her, but she is a tough one.

We have referred several who like mour Coton’s to you. Hope some have responded.

    Our best,

    Margo & Bill Barr

Maureen, glad you are finally back! Missed you! Zoomer and I are doing fabulous and still best friends, after five years. Can you believe it’s been that long? He now has a little companion, Sherman, another Coton de Tulear-from Idaho. They do very well together and keep each other entertained when nobody is home during part of the day. / Glad also to see Wendy’s photo on your website. Buzzy seems to be the love of her life and I am so happy that she is filled with Coton love. Zoomer turned her on to the breed and the two of them will always be soulmates, though they never see each other. / I wish you only the best. I’ll keep your website bookmarked and will check back soon for more pictures. Love from Charlotte, NC! Michael & Zoomer

Hi Maureen! I love this breed! True love. I got married 2 1/2 years ago and we live in a small lakeside cottage with one of Cowboy Coton’s cotons. My dog is Cowboy Coton’s Home on the Ranger – he was on the Christmas cover with a Santa suit on, including his story in the USACTC magazine.
As much as I love my husband, because our home is so tiny, I have to decide – hmm-mm – husband or another Coton? Husband wins! We often think of moving for more space and I could have a second pooch.
Anyway, keep up the good work, maybe we will meet some day. Ranger is still doing agility, we’re not real serious about it, but, boy, he is fast and loves it! I’ll probably enter him in the Kalamazoo Premier Event June 2010. Can’t do it this year, we’ve got 3 family weddings! Okay, bye for now! Cecilia

Hello, I enjoyed your website and looking at all the pictures. I’ve been researching this breed for about a year and a half. In another 6 months I’ll be ready for that new puppy. I know these dogs are expensive but I believe that they are well worth it. I wish you all would put pricing on your pages as this is an expense I’ll have to save up for. I’ll be looking for a female. I’ve always had neutered male dogs and this will be my first female. I want to experiance one litter of puppies before I have her fixed. Can you tell me the differences between raising a male verses a female? Thank-you!

Hi Maureen. Just want those reading your site to know what a superb breeder you are. I appreciate all the time you spent with me mentoring me. It is nice to know that you are as judicious about testing beyond the USACTC Code of Ethics requirements as I am. Your babies are beautiful and whomever adopts one of your puppies is fortunate, indeed. Hope your summer is going well. I’m in VA through the end of the year working on an exciting project. Drove 2000 miles with three Cotons and they were excellent travelers! Hope all is well and that you are enjoying your summer! Pamela Kostmayer Whitney

Hello, I have enjoyed your dog family photos. I have recently discovered Coton’s. I am disabled and looking for a companion that is not to big and not tiny. I believe I may have found the right breed for me. I was wondering the cost of the puppies and if you have any young adults and if so what do they run. I have no idea of the cost so I would appreciate any information. I am seriously thinking about bringing one of these amazing little animals into my family. Again, thank you for any info you are able to give me.

    Yo Folks,

Looking for tips about which are the easiest tooth whitening goods to purchase?

I find it is tricky to come across the truthful information as far as I can see. One place tells you one thing and another place tells you something completely different!
So, I thought the best thing to do is get practical feedback from you people as you might personal experience re this area.

Any info would be really appreciated.

    Thanks in advance folks.

She is doing great – very active and gets the fun going every evening – getting out the toys and enticing the other dogs – and me – to play with her. She continues to be my wonderful buddy. I’m taking her out today for ice cream and a hike to celebrate. Thanks for bringing her into the world so we can have such a wonderful life together.

Maureen, Thank you so much for bringing (Bogey) now Murphy into our lives. He is so gentle and loving and yet quietly gets into things. After having our Bichon for 12 wonderful years I thought when we lost him I could never love another as much, I was wrong. He has given me so much pleasure.
We named him Murphy because you mentioned your Irish background.

    Dear Maureen,
What a beautiful website! Our babysitter has this breed of dog so tonight I got on line to do some research. I truly enjoyed taking the time to read and discover some interesting facts regarding this breed. My husband and I have always had Labs and one Mastiff. We also have cats. My passion for pets is a blessing. We have 2 children ages 7 and 4. We are both in education, myself a teacher and my husband a principal. We have lost several pets in the last coupld of years, which ways heavy on your heart. This upcoming summer, we were thinking of making the move to get another dog. We still have Sam our yellow lab, age 7 and loving as every. Olivia our daughter has fallen in LOVE with Lizzy, the babysitters dog. We told her we would possibly look into the breed and make a consideration for Spring. I really like to be home for the transition of a new arrival of a pet when the time comes. I’m sorry this is so long, but again, thank you for taking the time to make such a wonderfu website. Be blessed and enjoy your weekend!

Hi! Just discovered this breed a couple of days ago and am extremely interested. I could not find a listing of prices, which of course, is a consideration. I would love a female and am anxious to get more info. We live in Albuquerque….. so less than an hour’s flight. Please give me an idea of the cost, so I don’t get terribly disappointed if we feel we can not bear the expense. I read all of the info and it sounds like they could be a lot of work and expensive to keep. I would prefer the puppy cut and my husband says he would like one with the black. Honestly, we just want a loving pet. Please respond.

Happy New Year to you and your family! Buzzy is 5 1/2 years old, still the love of my life. Every day there is someone who asks.. “what kind of a dog is he? ” Most still have little knowledge of the breed and for that I am grateful —– taking a stand to keep this breed from the AKC registry. At the end of each day, he and I, my family and friends enjoy his spirit and forever love and licks he gives. I still remember the day we met in Goodyear AZ at the Cracker Barrel @ Litchfield Road, It was Sunday November 26th. You put him in my arms, and it changed my life. I know also that when you drove away, there was one more Coton that had touched your heart. I love you for that day and for the gift you have given me. Want you to know this and that the journey and path we are on, there are no coincidences! Hugs to you from me and Buzzy.Blessings for a most wonderful 2012!
