Great website. Linked to this site from Facebook Coton de Tulear Breeders of Excellence page.
I am researching this breed as i am interested in adopting in the future. I really didn’t know too much about this breed. But the more I read about them, the more interested I am.
Hi, Maureen. We got “I Am Glorious Louise” in 2002, She is absolutely the smartest little gal and loves to ride in her car seat! Love your website. I retired in 2007 and am now making necklaces for furkids, thus the website. Louise is my model, along with “I Am Glamorous Thelma”. Do you ever hear from Brenda in Tampa?
Hello from Ontario Canada. Get a second Coton. It is the best thing that we ever did. Our two females Phebe and Charlette are joind at the hip. I wanted to get a third Coton and wife wouldn’t let me!! Oh well.
Mark.
Maureen,
Happy New Year to you and your family! Buzzy is 5 1/2 years old, still the love of my life. Every day there is someone who asks.. “what kind of a dog is he? ” Most still have little knowledge of the breed and for that I am grateful —– taking a stand to keep this breed from the AKC registry. At the end of each day, he and I, my family and friends enjoy his spirit and forever love and licks he gives. I still remember the day we met in Goodyear AZ at the Cracker Barrel @ Litchfield Road, It was Sunday November 26th. You put him in my arms, and it changed my life. I know also that when you drove away, there was one more Coton that had touched your heart. I love you for that day and for the gift you have given me. Want you to know this and that the journey and path we are on, there are no coincidences! Hugs to you from me and Buzzy.Blessings for a most wonderful 2012!
All is well with the young Count de Anjou. He is the same happy and carefree pup that I pick up at the airport in salt Lake 3yrs ago. Wanting to love and be loved that is the definition of a Coton.
