New Coton De Tulear Club - The North American Coton De Tulear Club

This Coton De Tulear Club is up and running!!  This clubs purpose is to become the parent club of the United Kennel Club ( UKC) and is actively working with the UKC.   This new organization has its twenty initiating members and has voted in their new board members, officers, constitution and bylaws with incorporating.  Watch for more information about this club and membership.
